Q. I like the concept but do I really NEED a web spokesperson?
A. Statistics show that whether you are just establishing a NEW web presence or trying to grab more attention with an existing website,
a web spokesperson will go to work for you to make your business stand out from your competitors. Just like with a retail storefront, you would never think of NOT having someone there to greet your new potential customers as they walked in the door, a virtual web actor gives your website that personal touch to help guide your visitors through the entire navigation process pointing out the key advantages of your products or services. A virtual spokesperson goes to work for you everyday to keep your visitors coming back as repeat customers.

Q. How do I begin the Web Actor ORDER process?
A. To begin, select which web actor you would like to use, by EITHER clicking on the "Order a LIVE PERSONALITY of this Web Actor" button as it displays with each actor's demo, OR you can place a more detailed request using our WEB ACTOR Order Form HERE.
In addition, you may also use our general Contact Us Form where we'll be happy to CALL and guide you through the ordering process.
Q. What form of payment do you accept?
A. We accept VISA, MC, DISCOVER and AMEX for your convenience. All video production orders as well as voice-over talent services must be prepaid prior to scheduling the web actor in our studio. We cannot schedule any talent selected, in our production studio without first receiving payment.
Q. What is the actual quality of the web actor video we'd receive?
A. You will be happy to know that all of our web actor videos are shot in HIGH DEFINTION and reflect only the highest quality.
Q. I'm not too good at writing the script for the actors. Do you offer a professional script writing service?
A. We now offer a professional script writing service which is $65 for the 30 second script or $95 for a 60 second script. This small cost is in addition to the cost of your LIVE PERSONALITY video ad. You can select this service during the order process. One of our script writers will call and speak with you about your niche market. They will then review your current website and write a targeted script. Once completed, they'll email you the script and call to go over it.
Q. How do I get the actor to appear on my website once the web actor video shoot is completed?
A. We send you the html code for you to add to your webpage. No redesign of your current website is necessary. LIVE PERSONALITY just lays over top of your current website. We will email the code to you or your website programmer, if you enter their email during the order process.
Q. Can we run the LIVE PERSONALITY video on our own server?
A. Sure, let us know you'd like the file and we will email it to you. If you decide to run the file from your own server, we will need to know the exact url path to the file, so we can make the video run properly.
Q. Do you charge a monthly hosting fee for the web actor videos, as so many others do?
A. Unlike other web actor production companies who charge a monthly fee for hosting, our clients are welcome to keep their videos on our dedicated servers for FREE, for as long as they wish to use it. There is NEVER a monthly fee.
Q. How long does it take to receive my LIVE PERSONALITY web spokesperson, once we place the order?
A. Orders generally take between 5 to 8 business days to complete. There may be, on occasion, one more day if you choose to utilize our professional script writing service, but not necessarily. If there are any changes to that, we will certainly contact you beforehand.

Q. Can I be my own WEB ACTOR for my website?
A. Absolutely! If you live in OHIO or willing to travel here, we can schedule your video shoot 9-5 Monday through Friday. If you live outside of Ohio, we would be happy to assist you. Our studios are only minutes from Canton Akron Airport ( CAK ) and Cleveland ( CLE ), please contact us for details and scheduling.
Q. I would actually like to use my LIVE PERSONALITY in a flash presentation. Is it possible to get the flash file from you?
A. Certainly. When you place your order, just add your request in the script area or shoot us an email.
Q. I would like to have the web actor - web actress WEAR something specifically for the video shoot that we'd like to provide. Can we send it and what is the procedure?
A. You most certainly do have that option. We ask that you send this to us by Priority Mail. If in the area you are welcome to drop it off at our studio. Should you wish to have the item returned by mail, there would just be a charge of $6.50 to do so. Please let us know this ahead of time so we can advise you of the particular web actress or actor's size.
Q. How is your talent selected?
A. All of our select talent represents a diverse group of seasoned career professionals with many years of modeling, theater, radio broadcast and television commerical experience. You can be most assured of receiving ONLY a quality presentation from any one of the actors we represent.
Q. I'm interested in a 30 or 60 second web spokesperson SPOT for my business website, what is the cost? Is it flat rate fee?
A. LIVE PERSONALITY videos are $499 for a 30 second ad and $599 for a 60 second ad. This is a flat fee. There are no hidden fees. LIVE PERSONALITY video ads don't have a monthly cost. Please give us a call should you have additional questions.
Q. Do your actors sign a release form?
A. All our LIVE PERSONALITY actors sign a release form that grants LIVE PERSONALITY and its clients the right to use their pictures, portraits and likeness in whole or in part, including alterations (only in size of pic) modifications, derivations and composites thereof.
Q. I'm actually interested in your Voice Over Talent services for my company's message-on-hold, voice mail or to use in a radio commercial spot. What is the process for ordering such services?
A. Please contact us toll-free by phone or email with your request. We will be happy to assist with your selection and production of such and provide pricing based on your needs.
