Q. I like the concept but do I really NEED a web spokesperson?

Q. How do I begin the Web Actor ORDER process?
A. To start, choose the Web Actor you would like to use for your marketing presentation from our Web Actor - Spokesperson PAGE by clicking on the corresponding "Web Actor Order Form BUTTON".
Once you have selected your web actor of choice, the screen will take you to yet another area where you will be prompted to fill out our Web Actor Order Form. There is no need to enter your Credit Card info at this time.
You will then be contacted from our sales office by phone once your web actor request has been received.
In addition, you may also use our general Contact Us Form and we'll be happy to CALL and guide you through the web actor selection / ordering process by phone.
PLEASE NOTE:
As we are located in the USA, we do NOT accept web actor and other video production orders placed outside of the the continental USA or Canada. Should you reside in a country that is not serviced by us, we encourage you to search for another web actor studio in your REGION via the internet.
Q. What form of payment do you accept?
A. We accept payment by VISA, MC, DISCOVER, AMEX, Money Order and Cashier's Check only for your convenience. Depending on the complexity / scope of any web actor or web commerical order, we do reserve the right to require payment by Cashiers Check and Money Order in those instances. Additionally, web actor or web commercial orders placed outside the USA are limited to payment by Cashiers Check or Money Order only. All video production orders as well as voice-over talent services must be PRE-PAID prior to scheduling the web actor in our studio. We cannot schedule any talent selected in our production studio without first receiving payment.
Q. What is the actual quality of the web actor video we'd receive?
A. You will be happy to know that all of our web actor videos are shot in HIGH DEFINTION and reflect only the highest quality.
Q. How do I get the actor to appear on my website once the web actor video shoot is completed?
A. We will email you the html code for you to insert into your webpage. No redesign of your current website is necessary. LIVE PERSONALITY just lays over top of your current website. We will email the code to you or your website programmer, if you enter their email during the order process.
Q. Can we run the LIVE PERSONALITY video on our own server?
A. Sure, let us know you'd like the FLV file and we will email it to you. If you decide to run the file from your own server, we will need to know the exact url path to the file, so we can make the video run properly.
Q. Do you charge a monthly hosting fee for the web actor videos, as so many others do?
A. Unlike other web actor production companies who charge a monthly fee for hosting, our clients are welcome to host their web actor video on their own host's server at NO CHARGE. Should you wish to have us host the video for you on our own server the following parameters will be in place. If hosted from our server Live Personality customarily allows 4000MBs of bandwidth usage per month - per video based on average use at no extra charge. However, additional bandwidth usage exceeding those parameters is billed at $0.003/MB. Factors that affect bandwidth usage include the number of unique page views to your website and the number of individual pages the web actor video will be displayed. Should we determine that you will greatly exceed those parameters we alternatively offer the option to host the FLV file on your own server to avoid any additional bandwidth issues or charges.

Q. I'm interested in a 30, 60 or 90 second web actor SPOT for my business website. What is the cost? Is it flat rate fee?
A. LIVE PERSONALITY web actor videos start at only $479 for a 30 second website spokesperson, $579 for a 60 second website spokesperson and $699 for a 90 second website spokesperson. For extended length web actor video presentations, presentations involving more than 1 actor, or advanced web commericials, please contact us for a custom quote. In addition, QUANTITY DISCOUNTS may be available for multiple web actor orders placed at the same time.

Q.How long does it take to receive my LIVE PERSONALITY web spokesperson, once we place the order?
A.Web Actor Orders are most generally completed within 7 to 14 business days, once payment has cleared. Due to the PREMIUM quality of our HIGH DEFINITION web actor videos and website commericals we do not offer RUSH order service. In addition, should you need to utilize our professional script writing services, this may extend the timeframe for completion.
Q. Can I be my own WEB ACTOR for my website?
A. Absolutely! If you live in OHIO or willing to travel here, we can schedule your video shoot 9-5 Monday through Friday. If you live outside of Ohio, we would be happy to assist you. Our studios are only minutes from Canton Akron Airport ( CAK ) and Cleveland ( CLE ), please contact us for details and scheduling.
Q. I'm not too good at writing the script for the actors. Do you offer a professional script writing service?
A. We now offer a professional script writing service which is $65 for the 30 second script, $95 for a 60 second script and $125 for a 90 second script. This small cost is in addition to the cost of your LIVE PERSONALITY video ad. You can select this service during the order process. One of our script writers will call and speak with you about your niche market. They will then review your current website and write a targeted script that will assist you in creating a call to action from visitors to your website. Once completed, they'll email you the script and/or call by phone to go over it.
Q. I would actually like to use my LIVE PERSONALITY in a flash presentation. Is it possible to get the flash file from you?
A. Certainly. When you place your order, just add your request in the script area or shoot us an email.
Q. I would like to have the web actor - web actress I've chosen WEAR something specifically for the video shoot that we'd like to provide. Can we send it and what is the procedure?
A. You most certainly do have that option. Please let us know this ahead of time so we can advise you of the particular web actress or actor's size. Should you reside outside of the Ohio area we ask that you send this to us by Priority Mail. However if local to the area you most welcome to drop it off at our studio. PLEASE NOTE however that items shipped by mail are non-returnable.
Q. How is your talent selected?
A. Unlike the competition, our select talent group represents a diverse pool of seasoned, career professionals with many years of modeling, theater, radio broadcast and television commerical experience, including stage actors, actresses, and even some well known celebrities!! You can be most assured of receiving ONLY a quality online marketing web actor presentation from any one of the website spokespersons we represent.
Q. Do your actors sign a release form?
A. All our LIVE PERSONALITY actors sign a release form that grants LIVE PERSONALITY and its clients the right to use their pictures, portraits and likeness in whole or in part, including alterations (only in size of pic) modifications, derivations and composites thereof.
Q. I'm actually interested in your Voice Over Talent services for my company's message-on-hold, voice mail or to use in a TV, radio commercial spot. What is the process for ordering such services?
